The company held co-construction workshops in which more than 60% of employees voluntarily participated to develop a collaborative environment based on a mission shared by all.

Since 17 March, the LIPHATECH team has been working hard to manufacture our products, ensure quality control, dispatch shipments, stay in contact with our customers, and move forward on projects while respecting all health and safety measures to keep our employees safe.

LIPHATECH has created special Production Commissions, with most members being employees at the plant. The aim is for the company to ensure a continuous improvement process on key issues: workstation layout, operator safety, packaging innovation, waste management and insect control.
LIPHATECH has a strong CSR policy and hopes that these collaborative efforts can shed new light on company processes and help promote internal initiatives as well as identify avenues for progress in each of the commissions.

As a market leader, LIPHATECH makes every effort to optimise the quality of its baits to guarantee product efficacy and maximum user safety and comfort.

To meet its commitments, LIPHATECH analysed its cereal formulas to measure the amount of volatile dust generated during product handling.

The results were excellent, with the investments made in the manufacturing facilities and the efforts of our qualified production team paying off.

As a market leader, LIPHATECH gave a presentation on 9 October at the fourth Biocides Congress in Lyon.

This congress aims to explain the ins and outs of European regulations as well as the more specific provisions that are applicable in France.

Gabrielle Cor, LIPHATECH’s Regulatory Affairs Manager, presented the EGALIM provisions applicable to biocides and their consequences for the various sector stakeholders to an audience of more than 200 before answering numerous questions.

On 12 September, all LIPHATECH employees came together for the new campaign launch. It was a not-to-be-missed event to share the priorities of 2019–20.

This year’s event took on a special meaning as it marked the launch of the “Expression Guide” in which the company reaffirmed the value of its daily efforts: safeguarding the environment.

The day ended with a casual get-together at the LIPHATECH plant.
